A team of highly experienced professionals & experts from the medical devices industry are running the unit.

We are an ISO Certified Manufacturing Company
Our Medical Devices manufacturing facilities are being done in a class 10000 (ISO-Class 7) clean room as per MDR – 2017 with :
- HVAC system including 4-stage filtration (HEPA, Fine & Pre in 2 Stages)
- positive pressure controlled temperature
- regulated relative humidity system
- Modular PUF Sandwich Panels with powder coated GI Sheets
- epoxy flooring is in place and coving at all angles provide a conducive environment for manufacturing
- well-designed air locks to maintain Entry of clean room
- dynamic pass boxes to control the precludes entry of contaminants
The automatic Ethylene Oxide sterilization process is validated and calibrated regularly as per ISO – 11135 to assure the best quality of medical devices with longer shelf life.
